Concrete Floor Prep

If you have a flooring project that first entails removing old carpet, vinyl composition tiles (VCT), or you have a floor that needs a clean sound base to install an epoxy coating, we have the equipment , both grinders, vacuums, autoscrubbers to do the job right, and do it cleanly. In many cases these jobs can be done with very little dust generated. In cases involving dry grinding , proper vacuums, HEPA air scrubbers, and strategic air flow will help protect the indoor air quality.

Floor Prep and Epoxy/Urethane Coatings.

This photo gallery shows the prep work at Idaho Power and Boise State University where we removed carpet tiles and vinyl tiles and illustrates the results of griding off the tiles leaving a discolored floor with tile adhesive stains.

We applied VOC clear epoxy and VOC clear epoxy. The Janitorial staff loves the new clean floors, much easier for them to clean and disinfect.
